    Pinasco 225 VRH Head

    'Head 225 VRH
After months of tests and studies on the dyno, Pinasco’s engineers have developed a specific head for cylinder kit Vespa 215 (cod.10030810) long-stroke configuration. The new “Pinasco VRH” head, compared with the short-stroke model, has the combustion chamber CNC machined and a reduced/decreased squish band, the compression ratio is 11:1.

The head is provided with specific centering bushes designed to be inserted without any problems in all Pinasco 215 cylinders, the holes of the studs on the head have been modified specifically for the housing of the centering bushings. A gasket, specifically for the sparkplug, is supplied in the kit to restore the height of the electrode within the chamber.

Dyno tests on engines with Pinasco Vespa 215 cylinder kit 60mm stroke, carburetor SI24/24, original muffler, original valve intake, spark NGK9, original flywheel and electronic ignition, showed a power increase of 1.5 hp and 1.8 Nm of torque.'
