Uprated Clutch

Jeremy does his wizardry again and uprates a standard clutch by doubling up on rivets and also allowing the spring to be doubled up. Yet to be done is a band welded around the outside.

There is a less intense version designed for moderately tuned Vespas. See Clutch Upgrade

Would love some pics of the band being welded on and what material is used. Great stuff lads.

The bands are only needed for high reving engines. The Dry Lake Racer scooter should rev out to 10,000 rpm. There is also more moderate clutch upgrade (I've added the link to the info above and updated the info itself).
