use facts and state where you got your facts (e.g. "in my Vespa manual the timing says it should be set to 18")
suggest replacement text that people can cut and paste (e.g. "add a warning like 'make sure the exhaust clamp is tight...' after the last paragraph")
share experiences (e.g. "I tried this and it worked great" or "I found the above did not help that much with a standard exhaust")
share other useful information (e.g. "Anyone reading the above should also check out this link...")
